Ugly
The first night we had dinner at the lounge, I had to try 6 chairs to make sure i do not fall in. there is no cushion left the hotel and the furniture has not been updated since the hotel was inagurated about 20 years a go.
The bed was saging on oneside. I brought to the attantion of front desk and they said we are soldout, tomorrow will change the room. the next day they changed the room and because i was Gold member, apperantly they gave me a suite the only differance was it had extra 6 foot of space and that is becuse they had removed the couch. The bed in this room was even worse. I slept on the floor as my side had no springs left.
The hotel did not seem to care and just appologized.
Marriott has become so greedy that they do not care what state the hotels are in as long as they can take your money.
If you are a Marriot member do your self a favor, if you want to stay in motel this is the place.

We understand that in this case your stay did not meet your expectations, and we deeply apologize for that. Avoid at all cost. Marriott has really gone down in status.
First room I was given didn't have hot water in the taps. Took me 2 calls, a walk back to the reception and then another hour of debug by the hotel team to accept there was an issue.
Second room given (promised that they had checked the room again before giving me) didn't have a functioning airconditioning. The aircon was only heating and not cooling. Room temperature went upto 27 deg C. When I call assistance they suggest opening the window which cannot be opened. Not sure if they wanted me to break it! Finally a technician is sent who took 15-20 minutes to fix the aircon.
The shower head in the bathtub sends water in all directions other than the one it is meant to.
Don't have any more patience to be the maintenance supervisor for Marriott. Will avoid stay at a Marriott again.
