Great choice

We stayed 3 nights at this property and I must say it was a great choice. Large and spacious room (Glange), impeccable cleanliness, breakfast buffet with good quality packaged products, possibility to make coffee, cappuccino and tea. Availability of water and juices. Located on the second floor of a building served by a lift, a 5-minute walk from Bologna Metro Station and with various shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. If we return to Rome we will definitely return here.

Great location but perhaps with little experience

They carry out daily cleaning which consists only of changing bags and making beds. There is no fixed time, the day before they tried to enter at 1pm without knocking. The next day instead they tried to forcefully enter at nine and a half in the morning to ask for a tourist tax of 30 euros that we had forgotten to leave the day before. We were still asleep and asked to come back later. After 40 minutes they returned and tried again to enter insistently without knocking. I gave him the money and asked him not to come back. Treated like thieves!

4 Days Escape to Rome

We stayed at the Sansation House three nights. Optimal position. 10/15 Min from tiburtina and metro line b attached leading directly to the Colosseum. The rooms very nice and clean (they came to fix and clean the room every day); shame about the poor maintenance (sights ruined and shower head not working) ...would have great potential. The only sore note breakfast: packaged food and "old" taste. That's too bad. Breakfast should be reviewed for the rest super happy

Good

Great location. Very nice idea to leave h24 the kitchen always open with juices, milk, water, and various snacks. However, the rooms are a bit to restore in terms of aesthetics, as they are functional but a bit dated, especially in terms of whitewashing. But if I were to return to Rome, I would consider it again.

Overall, the position is great and you will find everything you need for a short visit.
However, the state of the rooms ( at least in my case) is very basic and very run down ( marks on the walls, damage to the bed frame, mould in the bathroom.. ) which doesn't entirely justice the price in my opinion.
