Fantastic Stay

Fantastic Stay: Covered parking, beautiful rooms, quiet, friendly, helpful staff. I would stay again. Walked to Museum, cafes. I would stay here again. Rooms are nice and warm in January. Balcony in ours was very nice. Hope to come back again.

Historic building in an ideal location

Historic building in an ideal location to visit the city. Really unique to be able to sleep in rooms with ceilings, paintings and stucco of the 700 in a comfortable and quiet, all at a reasonable price. Professional and kind welcome

Reception

Nice and central structure. As per directions we notified by phone in advance of the time of our arrival. When we arrived at the property after a long trip we were greeted with a coldness that has never happened in 40 years of traveling around the world. They could have used at least a smile of circumstance. We went into the room and found wood dust just above a white pillow coming from the coffered ceiling. Given the welcome we were careful not to notify the reception.

Our stay at Palazzo del Carretto!

Our stay at Palazzo Del Carretto was wonderful. We truly enjoyed the great customer service from Arianna, Ingrid and Lucia, they were very accommodating to our needs. The location of our apartment was so convenient to the city, close to restaurants and piazza's.

Central location, ideal for a city break

Already on arrival we were greeted very friendly. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. The floors consist of old solid parquet floors that have been well renovated. The bathroom is in very good mint condition.
Everything was always very clean.
