Profitable

We stayed at this hotel for one night, it is a 4 star hotel, also equipped with outdoor pool.
It is located 15 minutes from the center of Vicenza, so the location is really tactical.
You are welcomed at the reception, spacious, and then you access the rooms. Courteous welcome, our room was really comfortable and spacious.
Great value for money.
There is also the possibility to access the connected restaurant.
Breakfast with wide availability of products. Recommended.

It doesn't even deserve half a star!!!!

A real disaster!!! I suggest you avoid this shameful shambles. Have the courage to assign four stars to this structure, you really have to be corrupt!!! I don't want to dwell on too many disappointing details. I just tell you that the one (and obviously the last) night I had to “experience” the annoying alarm, of who knows what, for two hours. The beauty (or the ugly, you do it) is that there is not even a phone in the room, minimal tool (at least for serious hotels) to call reception with 9... I had to call, trying endless times, a mobile phone stamped on the brochure. Of course I didn't sleep anything...
Now I understand why for almost a year no reviews have been written... no one had the courage to express themselves . Then if any of you, perhaps adventurers, who don’t formalize too much, get the idea of staying in this hole, just for the view, please desist. There are also other accommodations, such as nearby inns that will surely accommodate you in a decent manner and not like cattle traveling on trucks.
I'll close by saying it would be a lawsuit!

VALID EXPERIENCE

An atypical 4 stars as I noticed little about the little attention and care that these structures usually offer (there is no telephone in the room, next to the bed there is no button that allows you to simultaneously turn off all the lights on, there is no bathrobe, limited courtesy set in the bathroom, mini bar with few things to drink and no snacks, despite there being double glazing you can hear the traffic coming from the motorway and also a compressor which turns on two or three times during the night We are talking about a suite).
It is certainly a good hotel for its quiet location and the friendly helpfulness of the service staff.
The room I occupied during the two nights was improperly defined as a Suite (certainly a very large room but not a suite as it was structured), with sober, essential furnishings, certainly not refined. Good cleaning. Varied and good quality breakfast, almost all about dessert.
The hotel is well supported by a restaurant which offers cuisine with local and non-local foods, of a good standard and with dishes well accompanied by respectable wine labels.
In any case, the structure is welcoming. If you want to take a break and at the same time be close to natural and cultural beauties, you are in the right place.

Check-in staff available. Standard rooms, well cleaned, new and clean linen.
Advised. The only flaw was that the breakfast room staff began to collect the food on the buffet table at 9.45am, when closing time was scheduled for 10am.

Simple hotel with a very good restaurant

The hotel itself is quite simple. The rooms of the same category differ significantly, our one was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, despite the highway nearby there was no noise in the room.
The main advantage of the hotel is its restaurant, the dinner was really excellent, the breakfast was good as well, especially the sweets.
