Full hotel life

Thank you for spending two nights as a base for my Hiroshima trip. As a diamond member, we upgraded to Executive Corner Room Twin on the 20th floor. Also, since the first day was our wedding anniversary, I was grateful and thrilled for the thoughtfulness that came with wonderful towel art and a message on the bed when I entered. It just opened its grand opening in October 2022, and everything in the hotel is clean, not to mention the rooms. What's more, it's comfortable to have a bathroom with washroom and a separate toilet. The Executive Lounge on the hotel's upper floor (22nd floor) offers a blissful experience, with large windows overlooking the city and mountains, where you can drink and eat whenever you want. I was healed by the smiley customer service of the lounge staff and enjoyed the best hotel life. Thank you very much. By the way, as I learned when I got home, then-President Biden stayed at our hotel during the G7 Hiroshima Summit.

A nice hotel with great staff especially in the restaurant. They are polite and helpful. Reception and concierge were also professional and helpful. Room house keeping is very good.
Overall a great stay thanks to great and friendly customer service.
Happy to visit again.

Memorable stay

First time in Hiroshima. No mistakes to pick Hilton for our stay.
Location about 20 mins walk to the Peace Memorial Park. Also it close to the centre.
Walking into lobby already feeling Christmas atmosphere. We love it.
Spacious room with nice view.
First time in a hotel we tried all 3 restaurants and bar.
Breakfast- many varieties but bit crowded
One dinner at the bar , food, drinks and service all good
My birthday dinner at Sensui restaurant. We had Kaiseki , was amazing .
Picked the middle choice 15000 yen for 10 courses.
All staffs are helpful and great.
Mark ( front desk manager ) lovely advise from you and lovely chat .

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and modern, the food delicious and the buffet had a lot of variety. The staff was friendly, kind and attentive.
