Excellent access to Umeda and Ohatsutenjin city hotels

Overnight stay for company business trip. We were flexible enough to check in early. The rooms were clean and provided with two bottles of free water. The bed is semi-double but large enough for one person. The baths are clean of water pressure. The breakfast venue is from 6:30 in the morning and the menu is comfortable. There were probably half as many foreign tourists. There was a free morning shuttle service from the hotel in front of JR Osaka Station Sakurabashi, which was helpful in the hot summer. An on-demand bus was waiting in front of the hotel, but foreign guests were trying to board the bus because they had to go through procedures at the reception desk. Maybe I should explain the procedure a little more. My room is by the main street, so I can't help but hear the vehicles.

Opened 2019: 10 minutes walk from Umeda Station

Newly opened and stylish hotel. Behind the hotel, there is a restaurant district.
The building is very bright and clean.
The attentive staff.
A moderately sized single room with a view of the Osaka Loop Line.
The morning meeting was buffet style with Japanese and Western dishes and local skewers.

Great stay for 4 days

It is my second stay in this hotel. I like the location both in Umeda and close to Osaka station.
The team is really friendly. In particular, Fuji san helped us several times to go to several places we wanted to visit.

We booked this hotel based on its location, and its overall rating. But we have learned a big lesson – we should have read some reviews before booking - not after booking. After booking the room, we queried the Hotel about reviews that mentioned bedbugs, excessive noise by other guests, tiny room ceiling height, and cleaning needed in some rooms. We sent polite queries, but never received a single response so we ended up paying again for a different hotel, which was excellent. I have never had a Hotel just refuse to answer my multiple, reasonable and polite emails.
