From the moment you check in, you are experiencing a 6 stars service. Thank you so much on room assignment, a perfect view room for my anniversary.
The location to metro need to walk around 5 mins but still acceptable. Hotel basement has Lawson convenient store. Room is clean, tidy and spacious. Just would be better if there is USB socket.Room service breakfast is very details and delicious, value for money.
Really amazing view and we enjoy our stay very much.

Wow! This hotel is stunning and I really felt special from the moment we got there. The friendly staff insisted on taking our bags and had them in our room before we got up. Circumstances allowed for us to check in early and we were absolutely blown away by the view. Thank you for making us feel like royalty on our last day of our honeymoon trip! <3

The hotel was full and there staff or facilities are clearly not capable of coping when the hotel is at capacity. No tables available in any of the restaurants and a 30 minute wait for breakfast. I’m sure it’s a lovely hotel but the staff were too stretched and the lines for check in, check out and restaurants too long for a 5 star hotel

Its is a nice hotel and nice rooms, but the bathrooms need a good cleaning. There are good options for dining. But don't think you can get into the sky bar. It is imposible for tourists.
