The hotel was completely different from the image and completely disappointed me. Be careful when booking.

I booked this hotel because it was described as "high class" on Jalan. The price was higher than the APA Hotel next door, so I thought it would be okay.
However, from the moment I entered the parking lot, it was already clearly an old hotel with poor maintenance, unlike the photo on the website when I made the reservation. The parking lot staff were also of low quality.
The elevator had peeling paint and dirty panels. I was surprised when I checked in and the hallway to the guest room floor was dirty. When I entered the room, I thought, "Is this high class?" It was an old hotel that didn't match the price, didn't seem well maintained, and had no cleanliness. The futon was also too old and it felt like it had been replaced long ago, and I personally found it disgusting, so I couldn't stay here.
It was for our anniversary, so we checked out in 5 minutes and rebooked at another hotel. I wasted about 18,000 yen. It was really sad.
It was my fault for believing the beautiful photos and making the reservation, but I really felt that it was a hotel that was operated without providing correct information. I think the view is just a bonus when the room is neat.
If the price is really cheap, that's one thing, but if you're charging a reasonable price, I think the facilities should be such that you can have a comfortable stay. The hotel feels very dilapidated considering its age.
This is purely my personal opinion, but I think it would be better to imagine it as a cheap business hotel before booking.
For me, it was a disappointing hotel.

The breakfast advertisement looks like they serve eggs, but they didn't have eggs. For the price I paid, I expected eggs.
It's a great hotel and Sakuragicho is a hidden gem.
