We purposely booked this hotel sebab nak lepak dekat hotel mandi² dekat pool dengan anak². Utk pool sahaja ada 5 jenis pool puas utk mandi manda.
Ada lap pool with 2.5m depth which is good for swimming, pool with slide which kids loved it.
Utk breakfast selection for us is ok, we really enjoyed the berakfast. Staff at restaurant all are friendly.
Room- Bed is fine, room is big too, no complaint. Just the cleanliness at the bathroom, little bit turn off but still acceptable.
Staff overall really friendly and helpfull.

Some areas of the rooms floor were dusty. The wall decorations were dusty too. The sofas really need new cover. Mostly torn and stained.
The breakfast buffet spread was tasty this time. Last time i came it was not delish. Hope they consistently prepare delicious foods.
The construction along the pulai springs entrance was quite disturbing. The dust and the uneven road surface might affect or damage visitors' vehicles.
The staffs there were friendly and helpful too.
