I checked into the Hotel Colonial on Saturday. Upon arriving in my room, I noticed that there were no pillowcases. I immediately informed the receptionist, who assured me that they would provide them. However, after an hour, I had not received them, so I followed up at the front desk. At that time, I was informed that they did not have any pillowcases available. On my third inquiry, I was told that the hotel does not use pillowcases at all.
As a result, I had to purchase my own pillowcases from Soriana. This raises serious hygiene concerns, as it means hotel guests are sleeping on pillows that may have been used by others without proper protection.
Me registré en el Hotel Colonial el sábado. Al llegar a mi habitación, noté que no había fundas de almohada. Inmediatamente le informé a la recepcionista, quien me aseguró que me las proporcionarían. Sin embargo, después de una hora, no las había recibido, así que me comuniqué con la recepción. En ese momento, me informaron que no tenían fundas de almohada disponibles. En mi tercera consulta, me dijeron que el hotel no utiliza fundas de almohada en absoluto.
