This quaint hotel is in an ideal location for those staying in Tlalpujahua! It is an old Spanish colonial-style building and is extremely charming. There were only two negatives that I found: it does need a little TLC on small things, such as the broken lampshades in our room. And there was some mold in the grout around the tiles in the bathroom. Not a lot, not on the floor, but if you are sensitive to this kind of thing, it is something to be aware of. But our bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of blankets for the cold night! The young lady in reception was very friendly and the common areas were delightful! I would definitely stay there again. One thing to be aware of: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! If you pay for your room through Expedia when you make your reservation, you are fine, but be prepared to bring cash or make a transfer from your Mexican bank account if you don't.

Water was left all over floor in front of toilet and dress area. Towels were nasty and old. Bed was old and worn. Walls very thin and noisy.

Genial

My stay was very good only if you look for a lot of space in the room there is not are very small and also lacked to fix the door lock. The location is excellent and the garden very nice. Due to transport circumstances I arrived early and very tired they could not give me the room until later

Pure lies

Although we were assured that yes, there was no hot water; we found it very impolite of them to use a deception to ensure our stay. The place is very simple and there are similar price spaces that seem more attractive and with better prices.

The checkin was spotless.
Staff are super friendly. The location is excellent.
There are a few things that need a little TLC.
Otherwise, it is great.
