Safe Shopping, Delicious Dining Neighborhood

If you like to shop and eat, this location is an ideal stay. There are many fine restaurants and eateries within an easy stroll of the hotel. The Regency Club at the hotel also provides a first rate breakfast, coffee machines, and a heavy hors d'oerves bar with a full self-serve bar in the evening. For shopping, you can spend a day at the Liverpool department store or shop the many boutiques all along the boulevard in front of the hotel. The hotel sits in the fulcrum of a U-shape lined with shops and restaurants on both the left and right. Above are many condos and the center median boasts a popular Argentinian steak house. This is a residential complex complete with many dining and shopping options with a feeling that you are securely enclosed into this consumer paradise. The presence of armed guards in front of pricey jewelry and watch stores along with regular police patrols makes this feel like one of the safer areas in the city. People stroll with pets and friends in a calm and relaxed environment.

Perfect Valentine's weekend

Everything about the hotel was great.... Location, service and accommodations. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom was huge and comfortable and the view was amazing. We spent each night having a nightcap in the lounge. Bonus was Mariachis on Thursday night. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance...just the perfect romantic getaway.

Good place

Hyatt Andares in Guadalajara is a good choice if you are looking to relax after a business day in the vibrant area of Andares. Although not necessarily the best place for sightseeing and exploring Guadalajara, the hotel offers high quality amenities and an elegant atmosphere in the Zapopan area, despite its high cost. The pool can be a special, beautiful and perfect attraction to unwind in. While there are many alternatives for the price range, Hyatt Andares stands out for its Elegance and Comfort. It is ideal for those who want a business and modern space to rest after a busy day of business.

I could make it better by being empathetic.

All the service was good, I was contacted before my arrival, the room very clean, the staff very friendly, but they could be more empathetic, left areas for improvement:
-I asked for support to heat a microwave sterilizer bag and they said you couldn't.
Room service I wore cutlery only for 2 people, when when I ordered for 4.
I did not receive the additional water as a member of WOH.
Prices for the minibar are not visible.
They didn't tell us that Mariachi was in the Lounge that night. We missed it.

Excellent experience at Hyatt Andares

Super comfortable, private hotel, best location. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Don’t miss Sunday brunch, the variety is amazing, the service unbeatable (especially from Karen), the live music is a great touch. Thank you!
