Honest Review

I’ll admit, I was pretty nervous about visiting here after reading all the negative reviews. To be honest, I didn’t choose this place—it was part of a £99 Wowcher holiday deal. But after my stay, I have to say it wasn’t as bad as everyone made it seem.
Yes, it's a 3-star hotel, and you get what you pay for. It’s not the most pristine or glamorous, and it definitely needs some work. The cleanliness could be improved, but for the price, it wasn’t a deal-breaker. The beds were decent enough for me to get a good night’s sleep, and there was always hot water in the shower. I never felt unsafe in my room, which is a big plus.
We didn’t use the pool, but it did look fine, and the hotel is in a great location. As for the staff, they weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, but that didn’t really bother me much. I didn’t expect five-star service for the price I paid.
Overall, if you’re booking a cheap 3-star hotel, this place offers decent value for the money. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done, and it's much better than the reviews make it out to be.

The photos are certainly from the opening of the hotel. But nothing to do with what we found on the spot when we arrived

The only positive is that the staff was very friendly both the housekeepers and the host
For the housing side it is a disaster the photos are really not contractual. Dirty room. Tableware from the Middle Ages. Very bad bedding. The bathroom I don't even talk about. Anyway, we had to wash up, but frankly, it's gross. Bathtub with rust and the enamel that goes to the bottom.
The toilet that was leaking all night. No tap to shut off the water.

Dirty and immoral hotel (prostitution)

I appeal to the tourism inspectorate and the Moroccan police because this hotel must reform or close.
I could not sleep in my room because the dirty sheets spiders, hair and crumbs.I decided to stay at the reception because psychologically I could not stay in the room and I did not want to be alone in my street with my luggage.the receptionist ignored me.I saw a shocked female customer who had just been assaulted in the street. The receptionist hasn't moved. I saw underage girls coming in from outside with clients for paid sex, it shocked me. At half past two in the morning the receptionist offered me another room .I think he did not want me to see the comings of the providers of sensuality to remain polite .I changed rooms but I did not close my eyes all night. This experience was part of me the day after Agadir when I had to stay there for a few days ... be careful future customers it is not at all a secure place.

Hell in a room!!!

What an absolute horror of a hotel this is. The staff do not care about anything. The cleaners hardly clean the room. You’re towels they provide are not washed but dried on a chair and put back before you get back from being out. Theres all sorts of insects in the rooms and outside the rooms. Beds are broken and wardrobes. I asked for a manager pretty much everyday and no one bothered. Never ever in my life have i been in such a worse place. If i could add the video’s onto this that i took then you’d see how disgusting it really was. Unfortunately i took these pictures of dead ants a few days later but yes there was an army of them everyday and some would die.

Poor standard, poor service, poor cleaning

Very poor service from the people at the reception and very simple standard in the room. Bad with changing towels and there are a lot of weird insects and cockroaches in the room. Poor bulky pillows, missing / slurred laundry. Very poor standard of shower etc...
I've been to a 3-star hotel before, but this one deserves 0 stars.
It is the belligenheten that is very good which is the reason why it has not received 0 in scores.
My tip: stay away !!!!
