Very attentive and friendly hotel
From the first day everyone was impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. We were allocated our rooms, then they moved us from 2 of the rooms to different ones. The only downfall of this was my son, wife and their son were put next to the reception area where it was impossible to get an early night because of the entertainment. Apart from that everyone had a great time. The restaurant was lovely and plenty of food to choose from. The waiters were all very attentive. The entertainment team (especially Ayoub, Sammir, Bob, Katy, Abdou) made it a great experience for the group especially the kids. Everywhere is kept very clean and tidy. All the staff work hard to make it a great time for everyone. We'll be back soon!

Not for us!
All inclusive food is OK to good, theme nights during the week. The 2 bars serve local alcoholic drinks which we weren't keen on! The Spa is great, we tried our first Hamman it was really well done and a full body massage was really good too, for around £35, really good value Staff are very pleasant and most speak some English, as do the entertainment team who put on events etc day and night. Speaking French really helps with communicating.
Our room was spacious but the bathroom needs attention.
We had room 100. After flooding the bathroom and some of the bedroom on the first day, we realised the drain in the shower had a bottle stopper which we soon realised was put there to stop the sewer drain smell rising, leaving it out the smell in our room was bad! We were also above the disco, but this finishes at 11oc.
My 80yo mum and daughter stayed in room 105. Smaller room but also next to the Irish bar, which unfortunately closes at 6am they didn't get any sleep on the first night as it was so loud. We complained, the manager was too busy to hear our issues, but we were offered the only rooms they had apparently which were rooms outside of the hotel building by reception staff. The rooms were on the other side of a gated area, dark alleyways, past shops and were not suitable for our family. We were staying for 4 days so had no other choice! The pool isn't heated. Grounds are lovely.

Superb
Room (631 for ours) with ocean view and Agadir's Kasbah from balcony with terrace.
The hotel is very well located by the sea with reserved and guarded area with deckchair and umbrella.
Close to various local shops.
Only downside: the uncovered pool water of the hotel not heated enough to our taste.

Wonderful Hotel
The pool and Sunbeds and sunbed area was cleaned daily, the animation team were the best we have seen in years there is too many to name, drinks were served by pleasant staff.
The restaurant was clean a few cats went in but that was because other guests encouraged them but they didn't bother us.
The food was fantastic even bacon on a few days of our stay, they try to cater for all tastes again the staff were hard working.
and couldn't do enough.
The beach across the promenade was clean and the man in charge was always polite and spoke English.
We are definitely going back

Ignore the bad reviews
People could not do enough for us. We were greeted with a drink on arrival. Lots of security. We were in block 7, first couple of nights we had no wifi but this picked up after a couple of nights and wasn’t a huge problem.
The animation team are FANTASTIC! there is always something to do and they encourage everyone to get involved. If you don’t want to just say no. The entertainers of the evening put on some spectacular shows.
We went for new year and were unsure what to expect. MY WORD! The attention to detail. The most beautifully set out evening, with a DJ and live singer until 2am! It was fantastic. Everyone just singing and dancing. I will definitely look to come here for new year again!
Right on the beach with lots of different places to walk. We chose to relax most of the time. Food was fantastic. A varied choice each evening.
The shisha bar across the road is also amazing!! & not badly priced.
We can’t thank all the staff enough for our stay and for looking after us!
