Super helpful and kind staff

It is a beautiful hotel with quiet rooftop yet next to the square where all the tourists are! Hot and cold shower. one of the staffs whose name I forgot and he's a kind and super helpful middle age gentleman! :)

Scam

I booked a room at this hotel three days before my arrival, with a phone confirmation twice the day before. When I arrived, exhausted after a long train ride with my suitcase, there was no room available. No excuses, no solutions. The lady at the reception was horribly indifferent and rude, showing no willingness to help me or even apologize for this blatant mistake. She left me without a solution, and did not even deign to propose an alternative or a commercial gesture.
What pissed me off even more was that I had to look for another hotel myself in a state of advanced fatigue, without any help from the hotel team. I lost several hours of my stay, dragging my suitcase down the street to find another accommodation at the last minute, even though I had booked and paid in advance.
It is a total lack of professionalism, respect and empathy. I have never had such a disappointing and stressful experience in a hotel. This kind of management is totally unacceptable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to avoid wasted experience and time.
Don’t make the same mistake as me: don’t book here!

Excellent quality/price.

Modest but dignified hotel, small but functional rooms, comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness. a stone's throw from the central square which is always busy and noisy but the hotel is quiet and you sleep well. always kind staff always welcomed us with a smile, we asked them requests and questions they always responded kindly, never with an impatient expression. plus the feeling that he was genuinely pleased that we were there. breakfast served by a woman wearing a veil with a polite manner and always with a smile. excellent quality/price. recommended, we will be back.

THEY STOLEN THE MONEY I HAD HIDDEN

Hotel located 2 minutes walk from the square, in an alley. Very noisy at night in the courtyard. Small room and bathroom. Very uncomfortable pillows.
I left €200 in the suitcase and THEY STOLEN IT, they didn't want to check the security cameras with us.
In short, a lot of noise and little security. Not worth it.

My stay at the hotel was simply perfect. The warm welcome from the staff, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the magnificent comfort made my stay a truly relaxing moment. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable getaway
