RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! Catastrophic and false hotel
I have never seen such a scam! This hotel is a SHAME and does not even deserve a star. Nothing matches the photos and everything is done to extract money in confidence.
1. A day pass that spoils everything: It is impossible to enjoy the facilities because the hotel sells day access. Result? Sunbeds everywhere, tourists everywhere and no tranquility.
2. Miserable and uncomfortable room:
• No slippers, no body lotion, a shower shampoo/gel hung in the shower without any indication, coffee maker out of service, and NO WATER while tap water is NOT DRINKABLE! The risk of getting sick doesn't seem to worry them.
• No privacy: the neighbors constantly walk past our room and see everything inside!
3. Poor and dishonest service:
• The housekeepers come in without warning and don't even say hello. Worse, we learn at the end of the stay that we were charged 6€ each time without any warning!
• A bathrobe mysteriously disappeared in mid-stay.
4. Disgusting restaurant: Food is INFECTIOUS, worse than a low-end canteen. Everything is tasteless, misrepresented and inedible.
5. Late and overcharged taxis:
• A taxi ordered at the hotel never arrives on time.
• The prices advertised by the hotel are not respected by the drivers. As this is their own agency, the hotel is clearly complicit in this scam and we have to pay more!
In summary: A TOTAL SCAM! Everything is dirty, lying, poorly organized and overpriced. Pass your way, this hotel is a SHAME and does not even deserve to exist!

What a final disappointment, this place where we spent 5 days last week.
The staff is very attentive, the place very beautiful.
However, everything was ruined the day we left.
We had booked a taxi for a departure Friday morning at 6:15. The cab hasn't arrived. Because it had not been ordered, by the receptionist with whom we had made the reservation the day before. So we arrived too late at Marrakech airport for our return to Bordeaux. We had to book and pay for a flight to Toulouse and then a rental car from Toulouse to Bordeaux. Very worried about who could pick up our daughter from the nursery. We were supposed to be back in Bordeaux last Friday at 12:30. We arrived, fourbus, at 10:30. We made a complaint to the hotel reception the next day. While indicating that the error was human, we could understand it, and claim reimbursement of our costs: 700 €, a new stay offered of 4 nights, which would have cost little sleep at the establishment. We received a management response on Tuesday evening only. Claiming that we had not been seen on the CCTV cameras when booking the day before at the reception. We just received a confirmation, totally false, from the director of the establishment, saying that we were not in these videos. The stay in Marrakech was very pleasant, but so ruined in the end by this lie. A total disgrace. I would point out that the director is not of Moroccan origin. All this smells like lies, and the manipulation of an entire team, who live in fear.
That's sad. Shame on that direction. Regrets for a team that does what it can.
