First, regarding the bottled water, our website clearly states that we provide bottled water on the first night as a welcome gesture. For the following nights, guests may request a pitcher of filtered water as part of our sustainability efforts to reduce waste.
As for the pillows, each bed has a designated pillow upon check-in, which is standard practice in many hotels. Extra pillows are available upon request, with a small additional charge. The charge is clearly communicated, and there is no hidden agenda or attempt to deceive.
Regarding your breakfast experience, our policy—clearly outlined on the breakfast stub provided to you and in our website—states that breakfast is dine-in only. While we can accommodate packed breakfast requests if communicated in advance, you did not inform us of this need until the morning of your breakfast. As a result, your request for a packed breakfast, made at the last minute without prior notice, could not be accommodated. When told about this, you replied, “What if I don’t want to dine in? I want to take out my food”. When our staff explained our policies to you again, you chose to walk out of the breakfast area, despite already being there. This is not an example of reasonable guest behavior, especially when the policy was made clear.
Your comments about the towels are also unfounded. We source our towels from reputable suppliers, and they meet industry-standard sizes for hotels.
Finally, it’s important to address your experience with our staff. From the moment you arrived, you displayed a rude and demanding attitude, instructing staff to "hurry up" with your check-in process. Our team members are trained to be professional, polite, and accommodating, but they can only do so much when guests are unreasonable and disrespectful. We also noted that during checkout, you insisted on rushing out without following our standard procedure, which includes a brief room inspection.
We strive to make every guest’s experience pleasant, but it’s crucial that guests also adhere to the rules and respect the staff. We do not tolerate extremely rude behavior toward our staff who try their best to make every stay comfortable. Please make it a habit to read and follow the policies provided and ensure that special requests are communicated in advance. As with any establishment, not just hotels, there are existing rules in place to ensure smooth operations. It is unreasonable to expect an establishment to cater to your every demand when you did not even bother to read, understand, and follow its policies nor inform the staff about your requests in advance.

Very good service
One thing that we did not like though was while local guests were served pineapple during breakfast, foreign guests were served mangoes with generous servings. This is not a deal breaker but we were quite envious as we also wanted mangoes.
