Location, locaion, location. It was fantastic. The rooms were extraordinarily classy. We woke up to a view of Mt Pico on Pico island across the water. Only possible improvment would be a more delicious breakfast!

Unfortunately not worth repeating

A lovely spacious room with good beds. You have to keep your windows closed or the noise of the street is not doable. Breakfast is dramatic, nothing fresh and everything from a pack!! Even a normal coffee is difficult to make and when you enter the breakfast room it still smells like fish because the room is a sushi restaurant in the evening. Very unfortunate, spend a little more for your staff to make breakfast and there is a nice concept.

This is a hotel with spacious rooms and excellent location. Everything is within walking distances. The staff are kind and professional.

It's a very pretty Hotel at the sea. Unfortunately there are only cobblestone streets around the hotel, what makes it very noisy. Also as it's an older building you can hear absolutely everything from other rooms (including bathrooms). So if you're noise sensitive, I would not recommend it.

Property has been renovated and the bedrooms look fine. The common areas need to be upgraded i.e. reception. There were two roaches in the bedroom.
