A stunning Spa hotel in a peaceful location

Very bad
From lack of maintenance and slippery: Wire in view in the room, scratched wall, ugly finishes, old and spoiled furniture, dogged doors, rusty and pedalless garbage cans, patched sheets, rooted closets, cabinets with broken drawers, lack of tiles, etc...
The room had a mini TV and had no cable channels as advertised, the bath water was just warm, never really warm.
What most surprised me by the negative was the lack of cleanliness and hygiene: completely dirty glasses, there was a closet on the way to the spa with dead flies inside, carpet full of stains, dust on the headers, together in the bathroom complements BLACK of so much dirt, the spa loungers were black.
Dinner at the restaurant was good.
The view from the hotel is breathtaking, unfortunately this positive point does not overcome everything that exists of negative.

An experience not to repeat at all!
Maybe for the good things: The staff is friendly and always available and accessible.
The worst part, the hotel is degraded and in need of works.
Clothes holders and toilet paper full of rust, very worn and ripped robes.
Windows that let the wind and cold pass (what was worth was the AC that was always on).
Worst of all, the dinner we had at the premises.
First the ham entrances, they came with some of the plastic that divides the slices, then they said that the mercury dish took 40 minutes and that sheep was no longer there, (one of us chose mercury straw, who meanwhile also came to say that they no longer had).
Then we waited for 2 stews (sola of shoe type and fried potatoes stewed in oil), a soup and a plate of grilled salmon (very past and dry), about 1h.20m, yes 80 minutes, to arrive half cold and we can not eat. We complained but the waiting time would be the same and so we gave up asking for anything else.
There was no one to take responsibility and much less come to the table to talk to us, except the employee who served at the table (on her own) and who would have the slightest fault in the middle of all this.
In short, a very bad experience in this hotel and not to repeat.

Good 4 stars
The room as spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was cordial.
Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of charcuterie, pastries, the usual eggs, bacon and sausage.
The hotel is situated on top of a mountain that makes the views stunning.
Big fireplace in the lounge area is very welcoming.
I do agree the hotel needs some maintenance in the rooms, as there is some wear and there.
