Amazing place&amazing people
The experience was amazing.
We ride horses& quads, we had a party at the barbecue area which also has a lake.
The staff&food were amazing.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. We also loved the arhitecture of the place.
We will surely come back soon!

Terrible
The staff was incredibly rude. There was no hot water on the first day. The rooms were not made. You had to ask them to refill the toiletries including the toilet rolls!
They served us a very poor breakfast (very few options and low quantity not even jam and butter to go with bread) and when another group arrived they suddenly served a much better breakfast with sausages and hot food!
The rooms were clean but the way they treat guests is appalling.

We are sorry to hear that when you arrived at our location for check-in, the rooms were not yet ready and we apologise for that. This can happen on a very rare occasions when we are very busy and a lot of the rooms checks out at the same time leaving us very little time to prepare the rooms for new arrivals. Not all guests provide us with their estimated arrival time so it is sometimes hard to figure our the order of getting the rooms ready. This can lead to a small delay.
Regarding the room cleaning service and refill service, we value our guest privacy and provide this service on request. Each room is equipped with: Please make up my room/Do Not Disturb door hangers. This should have been explained at the time of your check in.
With reference to our staff, until now we have not had any complaints of misconduct or rude behaviour from other tourists, but I assure you that we had a discussion with all colleagues, and on behalf of the entire team, we apologize if this had happened.
Our location offers two types of breakfast: if we have a smaller number of guests, it is served individually, from the list of dishes available at the restaurant. If the number of guests is larger, we serve a buffet style breakfast. There is no consumption or quantity limit. If you want another portion, this is possible and you can request this with the waiter.
It is unfortunate that you have not approached one of the management team during your stay, they would ensure their best to improve your experience for you to enjoy a pleasant stay.
We sincerely hope that you will return to Podina Resort one day for a much better experience.

Really good place, extraordinary services
We had one of the most important celebrations in our family last weekend - 20th to 22nd of May. We held it at Podina Resort. Everything was excellent. The hotel is rated as 'pensiune' - it is situated in a village - but it meets all requirement of a hotel - big rooms, good bathrooms, a lot of space, very good restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh, home-made, from very clean sources - something you cannot find very often these days. The Manager, Ms Buda Andreea is a very good planner and organizer, all staff was really into showing us a good time. Mrs. Maria Pop is a gem! She is an impecable professional, but also has a great attitude - warms, friendly, discrete, motherly, joyful - and helped us all feel at home. I would whole-heartedlly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time, in a beautiful village, where many things can be organized, or just to take trips to the beautiful county around. Thank you Podina Resort, thank you Maria Pop!

Excellent!
This is one of the best resorts I have ever been in Romania.
It is built in a very professional way at the highest quality- from tiles to chandeliers.
The services quality is topically Maramureș - at the highest standard.

The best experience
I had the best experience here. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The food was delicious too.
The staff was very friendly.
I also liked the activities room with has a ping-pong table and a pool table.
I will try to come back as soon as possible.
