Don’t book here thinking oh it’s cheap
I booked by mistake in March instead of February a non-refundable room. I figured my mistake right after I paid, so I contacted the property right away, didn’t wait a minute!
They did not reply to a single message of mine! I have a long log of messages on WhatsApp as if I’m speaking to myself. They wouldn’t even pick up the phone. Absolutely nothing!! Not even oh sorry we can’t help you (which would be ridiculous), just nothing!
And just now, they picked up the phone after me calling multiple times then hung up right after. Wow just wow
A very honest mistake that could’ve easily been amended but they wouldn’t offer a solution. I tried to change the dates online but it’s sold out (not sure why at this point tbh).
Agoda, where I originally booked this s*ithole from, sent them multiple requests to cancel and amend the dates and they declined each one of them!
The worst service ever!
