The location is excellent. It is next to the mall. Very close to the subway. Reception is friendly and helpful. They assisted us to call the taxi. The pufferfish restaurant opposite to the hotel is so delicious. Must try. Room is spacious and clean, feel like home. However the bath amenity container is not friendly enough to use. Apart from that it’s a very nice hotel. One more thing, the elevator is slow when we wanted check out.

Comfortable bed and spacious. Would be good if there are hairdryer in every room. We were given 1 and can be quite a rush when shared by 4 pax in the morning.

The experience is decent. The room was spacious and comfortable, offer plenty of space to move around and store my belongings. The furniture were simple and adequate for my needs. However, one downside was lack of provided drinking water in the room. It was a bit inconvenient, especially considering that many hotels typically offer complimentary bottled water.
Overall, it was a fine stay, but I would have appreciated the extra touch of water in the room.

Property: The stay was average and the hotel was okay for an older hotel with some worn and stained carpet in the hallways. It seems there is a mix of hotel and residence. They do not run AC for the winter months so prepare ahead of time if you stay between October to April as you will not have AC. You will need to leave the windows open but then worry about the traffic noise from the streets that carry up the building. There is a laundry room on the 11th floor which is nice.
Staff: The ladies who clean are super nice and so helpful. They really do a good job to accommodate and make sure your room is clean.
Food: The hotel has some restaurants on the bottom floor and a convenience store for additional items. The hotel is close to two shopping centers so you can walk to them very close by.
