Very good Apartment and a good team managing the property
The team managing the property is great. The concerned person was waiting for us when we arrived at the property and patiently answered the questions we had. Anything we wanted, we had to just Whatsapp or call them and they did their best to accommodate it.
Overall, it was a lovely stay and I shall definitely come back and stay here whenever I am coming to Barcelona next.

Awful
Do not rent here, there was no hot water and no internet during our stay and they were charging random fees on top of it, worst experience I’ve ever had with a flat!
I forgot a bag and they threw it away while I contacted them directly asking them to keep it for a day so I can come pick it up it’s been awful from beginning until the end.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in carries the following charges: -EUR 30 for check-in between 21:00 and 00:00; -EUR 50 for check-in after 00:00. If you expect to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please advise the property in advance. Guests who do not advise that they will arrive later than the agreed check-in time will have to pay an extra EUR 10 per hour. Please note a cleaning is arranged for stays longer than 8 nights.
