Some minor things what should be taken care of before we arrived. Take in mind the hotel is old and very noisy. For sure not bad, the restaurant is excellent and the location top of the top. Parking is easy, staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially the waiter in the restaurant.

Not worth it!

This is an absolutey no go, except you want to visit the church and to live near by.
My friend wanted to order an Aperol Spritz and the waiter told her at 7:30pm that they only serve beer or wine,no Mixed drinks…Sorry, we are in a 4 Star Hotel…
At dinner (3 course meal) no spoon for Soup or Dessert.
We had to ask several times for spoons for the whole table, while the Soup was served already.
Next day: After dinner we wanted a drink but the bar was empty, no waiter …nothing..so we asked at the Restaurant to have a drink, where several people still had a drink: we where told that we can not have a drink here … This hotel is not hospital at all. Dear owner: Check your staff, because you have a Special Place here.

Lights and shadows

We did not plan to dine at the hotel, but it was a success, plus the spectacular desserts.
However the next morning at breakfast, quite the opposite, little variety and little product.

The best thing about this hotel is the location! Can’t beat the proximity to the Holy Cave or cathedral!!

I had lunch at this hotel restaurant and tell you the experience was spectacular.
Layout, with a charm...
Lunch, cachopo and a fish, at the level of the best you can find in the good restaurants.
Vinho rose, top.
Dream desserts.
Congratulations, repeat.
