A comfortable stay

A comfortable hotel in the Madrid airport complex, we spent 2 nights there before and after other flights, the value for money was quite good. The room was not large but clean and most importantly it was quiet and decorated in a relaxing way, the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast area was quiet and very clean, there was not a large variety of food, but the food was was of high quality.

Everything would be super except they had no AC and central heating. So I like to sleep at 20 degrees and always look for hotels with AC because of this, but apparently they shut down the AC during cold months… their solution was for me to sleep with window open letting all the light in and noise from the street which sucked cause I only booked that hotel for a layover I had.. all I wanted was a comfortable bed with a good temperature and I couldn’t get that

It’s a fine hotel to stay at for day/night before a flight. That’s all I did. The bathroom shower was a little moldy and I found hair that wasn’t mine. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. Service at night wasn’t great, but the service in the morning was.

Fantastic!

Excellent! Although IHG cancelled my Gold Status (I did not travel enough during Corona....) their hotels are home to me and I remain loyal. We stayed twice in this hotel and it is one fo their best we experienced: they serve food morning, noon and evening (prices are fair), rooms are HIEX level, so great and clean and it's located a 5 minute drive from the airport. Shuttle service only available in the early morning and evening. We had a great stay, the team is fantastic!

Nice hotel, close to the airport. The room was spacious. The only problem was that it was too hot even with the heat off and the window open. I know it was January bit I like to sleep with a cool room and the heat made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Other than that, the hotel was good.
