Pleasant surprise

I honestly didn’t expect much from this place because I just wanted a place to sleep and rest in the days I stayed in Madrid, and I was surprised for good. I went in summer, where it is usually unbearably hot, although in the Inn had air conditioning and there was a perfect temperature. The bathroom is clean, and the showers are quite comfortable (although when closing them you have to be careful because you can lock the door). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it as long as you go with intention to sleep and nothing else, because it is a fairly communal place. Perfect value for money.

Deceptive hotel-niche

It is a horrible niche hotel, claustrophobic and, on top of that, misleading when booking, because I thought I hired a room with bathroom: shared bathrooms, no window the room. This kind of subhuman business should be prohibited. We just need to be sewn up. Terrible. Not even the outside signal came and the Wifi did not work well. A real joint

All right.

Clean place, water always available and perfect location for events at Bernabeu. It's a bit difficult to get into the middle bed and the pillow is very uncomfortable. To get a locker you have to pay a deposit. There is no common area and the host wanted us to wait outside the property - under the scorching sun - before checking in. We arrived only 10 minutes early. However, they were in a hurry to receive payment and even wrote on whatsapp when from Reservation I had to pay at the property. All in all, for 1 night is fine.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO HELP YOU. STAFF NOTHING EMPATHETIC AND VERY INHUMANE. IF THEY CAN, SHOOT YOU!!! I HAVE HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM AND HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY SOLUTIONS, BUT THE MONEY WELL THAT THEY HAVE KEPT.

I booked a two twin bed room and got a double bed room i was too tired to negotiate or even fight over it but the host was very nice and very polite
The staff and the cleanliness made up for it

Each bunk bed in shared space has a locker assigned to it, its use is free of charge and you can secure it with your own lock or buy one on the premises. You can buy: Toothbrush + toothpaste kit 2€, rent 1 towel 2€ + deposit 5€, Shampoo kit 2€, you can order free of charge: clothes iron, hair dryer, shower gel, ear plugs. The establishment is indoors and has no windows but there is ventilation system, odor extraction, air purifiers, air conditioning and heating. Bathrooms are shared for all rooms and bunk beds.
