Instructions for check in were texted prior to arrival and was very clear. Reception friendly and room was spotless. Kitchen closed early most nights despite advertising being open to 11pm. It was ok since it’s a very central spot and other places nearby were still open.

Great location to stay, quiet, excellent amenities and staff.

The entire staff were exceptional, especially Iulia in the restaurant and Gaby and Patri at reception. They were all so helpful, kind, cheerful, and had a sense of humor. The amenities were excellent, especially all the things within the room. The personal touches were so nice, chocolates and a welcome note on the bed, two free drinks, fancy teas and coffees. The breakfasts were excellent and the warm benches in the pool area were a treat.

Perfect stay

This is our 4th time in this hotel and we have always been perfectly satisfied.
The location is perfect, close to so many things worth seeing . The area is full of nice restaurants and squares full of life. However the rooms are very quiet.
We love the clean spacious suites, comfortable beds, the spa and above all the friendly service we met from Gaby in the reception.

Very Nice Hotel In City Center

Very nice hotel in the heart of Valencia. The rooms are very big, clean and well decorated. The lady in the reception was very kind and helpfull and she was very quick although we had to check in for 3 rooms. The only negative side is the enterance of the rooms are with phone application. It takes a little time to set up the application etc.

MYR Hotel Plaza Mercado - a wonderful and peaceful stay in the middle of it all.

The MYR hotel chain has a few hotels around Valencia, however if you want to be in the center of the old town with easy access to many sites, including the Mercado Central, and also want a quiet atmosphere on a narrow side street, this is the location you should opt for. The staff is very friendly, helpful and the ease of getting in and out with an app (they do have card keys as well, through) makes the stay even easier. The rooms are very clean and well designed, the beds are very large and extremely comfortable, and if you're in a suite room, there are a lot of amenities to use (refrigerator, coffee machine, stove, dishware, etc.).
We highly recommend staying at the MYR Hotel Plaza Mercado, but I'm sure all of their hotels in the city are just as nice and comfortable.
