Buffet is good. Surroundings great. More cutlery should be available for guests who wants to use the microwave and eat in their room f ex.

The room is whitout window. This was not specified on the web page of Hotels.com of this hotel. This is not acceptable at all. I soffer of a slight form of claustrophobia and cannot stand close spaces.

Simple hotel

Simple hotel by an ice hockey hall. A little hard to understand where to park, but it was probably because there was some work outside the hotel. Clean and nice. Nothing outside but parking spaces. Very good breakfast. If you want to stay overnight, this is a good place.

Good value for money. Beautifull river surroundings and the sun walking trail along the drive to downtown Karlstad. Above avg brekky buffet with view into the hockey arena.

Nice hotel with good breakfast

Nice hotel attached to hockey arena. Arrived late but were given code to door. Located outside the city but were were just travelling through. Family room was OK for just one night. Excellent and varied breakfast in restaurant over looking the hockey arena. Good value for money. Would have like to explored the surrounding area more.
