Valentines Trip
the hotel is beautiful, housed in a fairytale palace and has a great location - the ski lift is just a few steps away. Rooms are cleaned daily and replaced with elegant white towels. We stayed a week and had our sheets changed twice. Next time, however, we will ask for a room on the first floor because we ordered through booking and asked for something of a slightly higher standard and we got a nice and functionally furnished apartment (hallway and two rooms with a large bathroom) but in the attic with small windows and to live in such a beautiful palace in the attic is a little weak. Plus, the sofa in the room was so damaged that you couldn't sit on it without destroying your clothes. If it's a souvenir or antique sofa (it didn't look like it) it should have an information plate because it makes guests embarrassed. the hotel's restaurant is stylish, beautiful and serves delicious dishes and great wines. Friendly and professional service. the hotel lobby is amazing and everyone is taking pictures there and the bar is just a must-visit. It's a place like from a fairy tale where from the entrance you can feel like a prince and princess. We will definitely come back

Beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast
The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is wonderful!
We stayed in a room with a sink that gave for snow, beautiful!
The staff are super polite and great location, with room to store the snow equipment and they have snow tresses that we used with the kids, they loved and had a lot of fun!

Charming Historic Experience
Hotel Reine Victoria, inaugurated in 1875, is a true gem! Historic atmosphere, comfortable bed, spacious room, and immaculate bathroom. Stunning mountain views, attentive staff, and an excellent breakfast. Plus, there’s a bus stop right nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Perfect for exploring St. Moritz. Highly recommend!

Very bad hotel
The hotel is the worst I've ever seen. The rooms leave much to be desired, there is hardly any water in the showers and the bathrooms are bad. The service is very bad, they don't help you at all. We had a problem with the rooms and they passed us I won't come back very safe

Exceptional stay, one of a kind hotel with amazing staff
We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my wife’s special birthday in February 2025. On arrival we were upgraded to a spectacular room with a balcony and fantastic view.
This hotel is stunning, spotless and
the staff where exceptional, especially
Jasmine on the front reception she was so helpful, she really is a credit to the hotel.
On my wife’s birthday she received a beautiful handmade cake which was so thoughtful and kind, alongside a birthday card and voucher for a glass of bubbly which was a really kind gesture.
We did also use the hotel spa and my wife had a treatment which she said was amazing and so relaxing, Lydia was so professional and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was very well catered for all tastes and nationalities in a very spacious and elegant dinning area.
The transfers to and from the railway station to the hotel was complimentary and we found really helpful.
Will definitely return to this hotel and will highly recommend to family and friends as it is also ideally located to explore St Moritz and the surrounding area.
