Great stay can't wait to return

From check in to check out, I couldn't fault anything. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough, including early and late check-in/out.
The room had everything you could need. I just wish we stayed longer.
Really was a brilliant stay and highly recommend to anyone.
Thank you again to all the hotel team.

Awful experience

My room was in the top floor with a balcony facing the rear of the hotel. It overlooks a church clock tower that keeps banging in your ears every 15 minutes. If you want to oversleep for a few hours like I did, that was impossible, especially when there are bells sounding for a service as well on a Sunday.
Room is small and tired. Just two nights booked and both the shower and hand gels ran out after first night. Not all light fixtures were working. No sockets next to bed. One side table and for the other side we used a chair. Could hear guests next room through the interconnecting door. Was an awful stay.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback, though we’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay.
We completely understand how disruptive the church bells must have been, especially during the night, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, even though we can't do anything about the ringing of the bells.
Please do not hesitate to contact our team at any time if we can do something for you.Perhaps a room move would have helped?
We also regret that the condition of the room didn’t meet your expectations, especially in terms of amenities like the shower, hand gel, and light fixtures. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will investigate these issues to ensure they are addressed.
The lack of sockets by the bed and the issues with the interconnecting door are also concerning, and we’ll work on improving both the comfort and functionality of our rooms. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us understand where we need to make improvements.
We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future, and we would love the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience.
Kind regards,
Melanie Brandenburger

A hotel on the edge.

The receptionist makes a comment inappropriate their origins during a conversation. In the bedroom two luminaires have no bulbs, the kettle leaks when filled, its socket is not adapted to the Swiss network. In the bathroom the equipment is at the end of the roll and approximate cleanliness. Only positives: space, bedding and tranquility.

Dear Jean-Marc F,
Thank you for your feedback.
We deeply apologize for the inappropriate comment made by our receptionist and the issues you encountered during your stay.
This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will address this situation with our team to ensure it does not happen again. We would like to make it clear that we distance ourselves from any accusations of discrimination, etc.
We are an international company and not only welcome guests from all over the world, but also employ an international team—nothing is further from our minds than reducing guests to possible characteristics.
We are also sorry for the issues with the room’s amenities and cleanliness. Your comments will help us improve, and we will ensure these problems are fixed promptly.
We're glad to hear that you appreciated the space, bedding, and tranquility of the room.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a better experience in the future.
Sincerely,
Melanie Brandenburger

Visit to Zurich

Billed as a four star hotel but not up to that standard. My room was clean and a reasonable size. Bathroom a bit on the small side. The fittings in the room were a bit old fashioned. No air-conditioning, just a Dyson fan. On a busy road with limited parking at the rear. No rear access so had to walk round to the front of the hotel with our cases. There are a couple of restaurants nearby along with a very good bakery that did snacks and breakfast. Tram stop nearby
On our three week trip we were in 12 hotels. This was the dearest and was far from being the best.

Dear IanAitchison,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’re glad to hear that you found your room clean and of a reasonable size, and that you appreciated the nearby restaurants and bakery.
However, we’re sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the bathroom size and the room’s fittings.
Regarding the lack of air-conditioning, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do offer Dyson fans as a cooling alternative, but we understand that this may not be sufficient in warmer weather. We’ll certainly consider your feedback when reviewing our room amenities.
We regret that the limited parking and rear access to the hotel were inconvenient for you. Please note that we have only 7 parking spaces on the street, which cannot be reserved in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused .
Your comments are valuable to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a more comfortable stay.
Kind regards,
Melanie Brandenburger
