Awful experience
Room is small and tired. Just two nights booked and both the shower and hand gels ran out after first night. Not all light fixtures were working. No sockets next to bed. One side table and for the other side we used a chair. Could hear guests next room through the interconnecting door. Was an awful stay.

Visit to Zurich
On our three week trip we were in 12 hotels. This was the dearest and was far from being the best.

However, we’re sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the bathroom size and the room’s fittings.
Regarding the lack of air-conditioning, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do offer Dyson fans as a cooling alternative, but we understand that this may not be sufficient in warmer weather. We’ll certainly consider your feedback when reviewing our room amenities.
We regret that the limited parking and rear access to the hotel were inconvenient for you. Please note that we have only 7 parking spaces on the street, which cannot be reserved in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused .
