Stayed in Zurich 2 days before taking train to Paris. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and had very nice views. A few places to eat close by with a local market around the corner. Would stay again.

Tight for 3 with small queen beds & rooms
Bit far from the bus/tram stops
Property doesn’t give you the free travel pass as given by all hotels in all cities of Switzerland
Ants all over the place bin both the rooms we had

Will never stay here again. Horrible communication when we first got to the hotel our code to the front door didn’t work which would have left us homeless for the night if it wasn’t for another guest leaving awhile later and they wouldn’t answer any calls or emails. Horrible pillows leaving us with terrible neck pain and the shower water pressure was so weak it hardly washes your soap off. Amenities were poor there was no ac or even a fan in 30 degree heat plus the ad for the hotel said coffee machine but you get a coffee machine with no coffee or milk. Having your windows open meant hearing the restaurant below until past midnight and area surrounding was loud in the early hours of the morning

The room is like an oven!! Not fan at all !!
When u opened the window, it's nosiy from the traffic and the people talking from the restaurant below even past midnight.
When u closed the window,, it's super hot!

It was a lovely stay. The only complaint I have is that the bed was lovely but pillows were flat pieces nothingness which made it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep.
