You get what you pay for. It’s clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and going out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

Too many flaws to make it worth your stay

The best thing about Baan Mulan is the location. Its a one minute walk to the beach and theres an ATM, 7Eleven and a breakfeast place right outside.
Theres one big downside to the location though and that's the nightclub right accross the street that starts to play loud music from 18.00-00.00. If you want to relax in your hotel room during these hours, forget it!
In the TA description it says that Baan Mulan has high speed internet wifi which is incorrect. The only thing their wifi is good for is making google searches. Forget youtube, netflix or other band width heavy tasks.
The room was small with and AC and a fan. I woke up with severe back pains every morning due to the double bed.

Nice hotel

Stayed for 5 days and was very happy with the rooms. Good location clean rooms and bathrooms and nice aircon. Not noisy despite location. Just remember to take your shoes off outside the room. Sand travels.

Great loaction for the budget minded tourists

The hotel is at the end of a busy street just as you enter the national park, just a few minutes walk from the beach. It can get noisy early in the morning with a 7 eleven next door and a family mart and bar opposite.
The room was small and compact, but had the fan option with the air con. Double bed with quilt was comfy. We were at the front of the hotel so had a small balcony for people watching.
The hotel was great value at 1100 baht high season.

岛上环境很差，就是普通的民宿，设施都很老旧，没有电梯，优点是离沙滩很近楼下很便利，房东人很好，还会一点中文，房间相对也安静不临街。
