Love this place
It is right in the heart of the old town of Chiang Mai, within walking distance of pretty much all the sights and temples there.
The room is large, as is the bed. I particularly love their policy of flexible check in time, and no designated check out time. This is an awesome and very convenient feature.
Breakfast was great, with unlimited a la carte order for eggs, rice, and noodles etc., and a good choice of the other items as a buffet (which are often and promptly replaced should they run out).
I used the gym and swimming pool a few times, and they were both very relaxing especially after a day of walking and sightseeing.
The hotel staff were lovely too - always smiling, very helpful and polite throughout. I shall miss this place and hope to return one day.

They have free bikes, a nice spa on site, great breakfast and helpful staff !
