The photos speak for themselves
The room is very quaint, but all the fixtures have important slots that allow insects to enter at will.
Television not working, no safe, toilet leaking every time you pull water, steelworks encrusted as if it had never been washed.
Very limited breakfast buffet.
We pointed out that one of the heated containers where the food was located was full of ants and the solution was to close it and leave it there.
Wi-Fi connection not working in most of the property. We went crazy to book speedboats and resorts on the other islands because there was no connection even in the common areas.
The cleaning staff expected to tidy the room very soon and allowed themselves to enter the room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign attached to the doorknob and get their hands on our things.
The price and classification is definitely disproportionate to the quality

Would not recommend
The smell of sewer was hideous. It was difficult to get a roll of toilet paper for your room.
No activities , very few chairs and the rooms had nothing in them.
I would find a better place to stay.
It was not cheap and really offered very little.
Breakfast was the same every day, minimal just like everything else.

Unforgivable experience
The rooms stinked awful. Not even air spray took it.
The pool is green
We changed rooms, but it only got worse. There was HUL in the door, old man's smell and yellow tis lagens.
It wasn’t easy for an otherwise spacious family.
They refused to refund the two days we had booked so we had to leave resorts after a night with no refund.
It was an “exciting” night where you could hear what the neighbors were talking about.
Staff were not helpful in finding an alternative. They claimed everything was booked, but after a little argument there were suddenly 4 available alternatives. One room smelled worse than the other.
I rarely write negative about someone or something, but this calls for a warning to others about not even considering this resort. All room types are worn as well as the entire resort as a whole.
