Reasonable hotel a bit far from the beach.
The rooms are very spacious and new, but some maintenance is required (such as the showers). AC is provided, and TV, but the channels are Thai channels only. The bathroom glass doors are partly transparent, so it might cause problems when your friends join you in your room. No shower caps are provided, and intercom phones are there in some of the rooms only. The WiFi is free and fast. Room facilities include fridge, tea and coffee, and a safe.There is no view from the rooms or from the roof top restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fast, but only cash is accepted. A deposit of TBH 1,000 per room is to be paid during check-in (refundable during check-out). A pool is there with poolside seating. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, a reasonable spread is offered, with one or two Indian items. Breakfast starts late (8:30 am), but they will provide an early breakfast on request. Housekeeping is good and efficient.

First Bitter experience in Travel History
Hi I am writing this type of review first time because I never stay like this before. We have chosen this hotel for a business trip from the list given by our trip agent (Yaronkisawari Holidays from google) by seeing 4 Star in google and 3 star in trip advisor, Upon reaching hotel we found its very small hotel nothing like 3/4 star and only one person on reception there to greet the guest only one sofa there to sit where already one hotel staff (the Chef) was sitting. The check in process was smooth because you have to carry your luggage to the room by urself and no body there to assist the only one thing was good that he allowed us early check in. After entering in room there is a low height wooden bed with old small TV with hardly 9/1o channels a refrigerator without power nothing inside, spots on wall with a very ordinary bathroom and so many rules are there and the chef specially focus on them. They keep 1000 Bath as a security which is again an interesting point for a 4 star hotel. In Room no phone is there that means no room service if you need something then go to reception or restaurant. First day our breakfast not included so we had to go to 5th floor for bufey as no body there in restaurant to cook and serve, when we reached buffey we were unlucky that they have finished after requesting again and again they gave an omlete and Aaloo partha with tea and charged 300 bath again in other morning as we have missed the timing of breakfast so on choice according to policy of hotel we have to pay in restaurant for breakfast and we paid 370 Bath for the same but 70 bath more as we were in restaurant (only 3 table with 10-12 chairs) then we decided to chekout the hotel while we have pre booked this for 3 nights and we left hotel in one and half day with extra payment as per policy. I dont know whether this is our mistake or our travel agent or different portal where this hotel showing a good hotel but it spoils our 2 days of vacation ,

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the 4-Star Label
I visited this place (not a resort) on 18th November 2024. As someone who travels frequently as a couple, this was, by far, the worst experience of my life. I have no idea how this establishment is rated 4 stars or even referred to as a resort. They should visit India or other countries to understand what a 4-star property and a resort truly mean.
The staff's behavior was shockingly poor, something I never expected in Thailand, where people are generally known for their polite demeanor. The worst part, however, was dealing with the owner, who was even ruder and angrier than the staff, all over something as trivial as two complimentary water bottles, which are supposed to be provided daily.
I would never recommend this place to anyone for a stay. It fails on all fronts—service, attitude, and hospitality.

Horrible horrible horrible. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad location. No parking. Staffs terrible attitude. Room no toilet paper. Call lobby for paper they tell me go get myself. Not cheap either. But good price for the firework festival. Thats only reason i stay here. Would no recommend this hotel. So bad. Room is big thou.
