A wonderful stay

We visited Phuket for 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon. The staff at Akra went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after.
Prior to arrival the team created a WhatsApp group to discuss any requirements during our stay (ordering breakfast, booking tours etc).
It is worth noting that this is a small serviced villa so does not have restaurants, cafes etc. having said that it is super easy to rent a bike/car or order a grab to the beach (8 mins away).
Overall a lovely relaxing stay!

Sold a dream and no communication

The location is remote but we knew this before coming and was planning to have a quiet 4 days. The view was not what was advertised on the booking we spent a lot of money to be here for Christmas Day and expected better. I politely went to reception to report that I would like to change room as was sold a dream. We went out for 2 hours and was told it would be sorted on return. Once we came back the lady walked me back to the same room and asked me if I wanted the sheet removing. Nothing was done for it to be sorted while we was out. welcome not specifically says ‘should you need us to improve let us know’ I did and they said they can’t do anything. No compensation or offer was made to make it right other than moving room for one night to have to go back into the old room. View is blocked and it not the Mountain View’s we was expecting or what was advertised. There was only one sun lounger when the booking was for two and with the blocked sheet no sun was even getting to them. I would definitely not spend your money going here you will find better in Thailand for the money you spend. I also tried to email and Instagram message the hotel before arrival and had no response communication is awful

Quiet and away from all night life. Beautiful design of the villa. Only lots of mosquitoes, even the doors, are closed and repellent applied. It is a nice place for those who prefer a peace and quiet place for relaxation

This was a beautiful property. There seemed to be construction happening around the hotel but it did not take away from our experience. It is a bit isolated but we were able to book private transportation to and from the hotel.
