Everything is good about the hotel except the location itself is not so friendly to the nearest attractions.The breakfast has limited options also.However,the staffs are friendly and their service are good.

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

Terrible.

The only thing that pleased the hotel was the availability of a microwave and direct descent to the pool from each room. Also within walking distance are several chain stores and a fruit market. That's important, because there's no decent cafe nearby. The rest is terrible. There's no closet, no shelves, no clothes to put in. There are no ropes or swimsuit dryers from the word "at all". From the balcony railings, everything flies into the pool. No safe. One tiny nightstand for two. There are no chairs in the room. The bed is a very old and very short mattress with springs coming out, each of which fits into the body. The mattress is completely synthetic, up to the creak. Bed linen was originally made also synthetic - old, grey, dirty, all in stains of unknown origin. At our request, a sheet and a blanket were replaced for bakshish. The pillowcases, however, remained the colours of the asphalt. The cushions are stiff. At my height, my legs were dangling from my mattress, my husband bending over the letter zú. You can hear the slightest noise from the street in the room, you can't sleep without earplugs. In the bathroom, the shower is practically above the toilet, unfenced by anything. No curtain. Water on the floor after washing is several hours, t to ventilation is not either. There's only blackout on the window, no tulle. Wifi doesn't pull at all, not even news sites. Never been able to open a single banking app, also failed to register for the flight. I'm not talking about watching the video and sending the photo... dealing with the Wifi problem to the hotel staff didn't help. I had to buy a local Sim. Despite a daily tip of 100 batts+chocolate, the cleaning of the room consisted only of garbage. Mirror, sink, toilet not cleaned. The air conditioning for such a small room is too powerful, hanging over the bed. It's stuffy without it, and it literally blows you out of bed with it. It's impossible to adjust. There's not a single sunbed near the pools. Beach towels were provided only at our request, but they are far from beach towels - extremely narrow and short. Soap supplies - provided on the day of arrival two shower caps and one pack of cotton pads. There are two containers in the shower - soap and shampoo. All the flaws are just bad management, lack of control. The attendants are quite friendly, smiley. But without control from above, they work so badly.

Good staff clean room and pool, maybe should get the rubbish truck to visit more often good place for the price and has some parking for cars staff were helpful and flexible I liked it very much and I will stay again if I'm in rawai I liked the bottom floor room withers pool access
