This Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the Beach and a Seven Eleven store is just across the road. The rooms are nice and we had a great view of the Beach too. The Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options. The hotel has two pools, both of which are very nice. If you have mobility problems, this hotel might not be for you as there are many steps to climb. The staff are as usual very kind and friendy.

We recently stayed at Chanalai in Phuket, and overall, it was an okay experience. The hotel is good value if you manage to get it at the right price, but it's important to note that it could benefit from a major update and renovations, as it does feel a bit dated.
The rooms were spacious and clean, but the décor and furnishings seemed a little worn out and could use a refresh to bring them up to modern standards. Despite this, the housekeeping team did a great job of maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.
The pool area was well-maintained and the beach is across the road via an alleyway. However, some of the sun loungers and facilities around the pool showed signs of age and could use some improvement.
We didnt eat Breakfast. The hotel was friendly and helpful.
The location is a plus, offering easy access to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
In conclusion, Chanalai is ok if you get it for the right price. If you’re expecting luxury or modern amenities, this might not be the best option, but for the right price, it offers a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only thing I liked was the view of my room, the room itself looks very old for a 4 star hotel for this price. Cleaning is very bad.
The location is very good. Service is good and interaction is friendly.

Good resort. Breakfast was great. It took us 5 minutes to get from the front desk to our room. It's that big! The views were incredible! The room was comfortable and the beach was very close. The staff at the front desk was a bit cold but okay. The people at the taxi stand were helpful and kind. The happy hour was buy one get one. Very large resort so it took a day to figure out navigation. Would recommend!

Easy check in with welcome drink and ice cream. Making you feel chill after a long drive from airport. The ambience is good. Rooms and view is great. Room is spacious. The walk to room is fabulous with the greenery and the beautiful swimming pool. Enjoy the drink and live premier league game. Breakfast is good
