A holiday out of the blue!!
2 adults and 2 boys aged 17 and 14 assigned us 2 Bungalows in the same yard, spacious, clean and every day a different decoration, on arrival in both we found a (real) rose on the bed.
6 swimming pools including salt water. Crystal clear sea, clean beach and helpful staff, only drawback on the beach is not included in the lobby inclusive beer and / or cocktails.
Inside there is a water park for a fee.
Strong point the kitchen headed by the super chef Francesca that the last 2 days was a guest as he had finished his work and the difference a little 'felt.
One evening they organized a special table with cake for a wedding anniversary, all offered and managed by the Management.
International animation very kind and competent, 2 mornings (only) in a week they organized first a foam party then the color party always on the beach.
Sore point Future animation.. 6 young guys, kind, but they never organized anything especially for my boys, they passed by saying "good morning" but never interacted with the guests (other entertainers in addition to involving you, lunch or dinner with guests for example), too bad because they were not rude ..
There are 2 facilities in the Resort that have everything in common except the main restaurant.
Tried a la carte restaurant with fish dinner rating 8.
In short we will probably return and recommend it

Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato l'accoglienza, la pulizia dei bungalow, così come l'attenzione ai dettagli come le decorazioni quotidiane e le rose sui letti. Siamo anche contenti che abbia potuto godere delle nostre piscine e della spiaggia cristallina, oltre ai deliziosi piatti preparati dalla nostra chef Francesca. Non mancheremo di trasmetterle i suoi gentili apprezzamenti!
La ringraziamo per le sue osservazioni costruttive riguardo all'animazione di Futura. Le condivideremo con il team per migliorare l'interazione con i nostri giovani ospiti in futuro. Il suo feedback è molto prezioso per noi.

It grows on you!
Room:
First impressions weren't the best, the rooms are little dated and a bit run down however everything was serviceable and clean.
WC and shower/bathroom are separate.
WC: clean and worked fine if a little dated
Bathroom: Over the bath shower ( very good with hot water all the time ), separate sink area with large mirror, again, dated but worked fine so no issues.
Bedroom: large with a wall mounted TV ( no channels working properly throughout out stay ), prep area, under counter fridge in a cupboard, seating area.
Two single beds pushed into each other but both had separate bedding, understandable as our Passports do not share our married name as my wife never bothered to change hers because she has a few years left on it, so the Hotel probably assumed we were not married and therefore no double bed, this is usual and we have had this before so in no way is this a criticism.
Side cupboards to the beds with lamps on each, unplug these for a socket to charge items ( mine had an annoying little green light that could not be turned off and lit up the entire room on a night, had to use a cushion to block it out)
Facilities: Low Season ( New year 2024 )
1 Bar to service all guests, service was hit and miss but we usually got what we wanted eventually , All Inc runs until 11.30pm, after that its chargeable.
Draught beer OK, wine terrible :-) , spirits all local, it did us fine so no complaints there.
Restaurant:
Small and cosy buffet restaurant, options limited due to the amount of guests it services so pick your food carefully, local options available however we found that sometimes the food was just warm and not hot, now I understand that its hard to keep food hot all the time and we found that attending at opening time was best to get the best options and hottest food.
We did make some complaints ( about certain facilities being closed, only 1 bar open and the food ) to easyJet, who helpfully and without our permission, passed this onto the Management, who then requested our presence in the Reception office one morning, we initially felt a little intimidated however soon realised that the three people sitting across from us were simply trying to improve our experience and understand how they could improve the facilities for us, we explained that our complaint was mainly with easyJet who sold the holiday to us as an Adults Only Hotel, which it clearly is not.
Having established that our concerns had been addressed we left the meeting happier in the knowledge that we were listened to and our concerns were onboarded and addressed.
The next time we visited the buffet, as soon as it opened, the food was piping hot, plentiful and absolutely lovely.
You are able to use the Aqua resorts facilities, as we did, these are larger and there are more of them however they do cater for a much larger hotel so expect a noisier atmosphere and longer wait times for things like the bar and restaurant.
Would I recommend this hotel, of course I would, its a decent 3 star but a hard to imagine 4 star, however the way the Management look to improve and help guests is impressive, I hope they continue to improve, I will probably come back in a hotter period to see what its like when everything is open as a lot of the facilities were closed due to the season being low, again, understandable.

This is a 5 star review
At the same time, however, the cleanliness is IMPECCABLE.
Every morning the ladies who take care of the cleaning are in place and more than scrupulously clean every room. I also attended the final cleaning operations and I must say that the attention given by the attendants is far superior to what I have seen in renowned Italian hotels.
As for the structure: The Resort is beautiful, 6 pools kept to perfection, bar with all inclusive treatment in every corner, friendly and smiling staff. The animation present but never intrusive with shows suitable for international audiences. A beautiful and transparent sea (too bad for the few sunbeds and the beach not spotless because dromedaries, horses and some stray dogs are a constant presence), perfect for long walks on the white sand.
Excellent mini club and Italian animation Futura vacanze.
The food? Excellent. Italian chef (Francesca) to manage the kitchen, all fresh and cooked at the moment. Very good Italian cuisine, pleasant and not too spicy Tunisian.
Beautiful also the proposal of excursions, both Futura and local.
A five-minute walk from the Resort there are fixed-price souvenir shops that you should visit before going to the Souks (at least to understand the actual prices of the goods for sale and not get scammed in the markets). In short, beautiful holiday.
