Our most favorite hotel: unique and magnificent.
The hotel has a unique, amazing atmosphere: complete privacy with the sea. He is on the first line. That is, you leave the room and you are immediately at the sea: there are no promenades, no roads, no underpasses. The hotel has its own fairly solid part of Cleopatra Beach, there are no outsiders there. Since Floria Beach is very conveniently located - at the very entrance to Alanya - there are no other hotels nearby. At the same time, it takes only 30 minutes to walk to the city center, and the bus stop is a few meters from the hotel.
The rooms are cozy, cleaned every day. Wi-Fi is excellent, catches well both in the room and on the beach. I am very glad that no bracelets are hung on my hands when I check in. The hotel is small and everyone knows each other. I give the highest rating to the staff – from the reception staff to the waiters of the restaurant. They do everything to make the rest comfortable.
There is a large selection of salads, amazing cheeses, there is always meat and grilled fish, a lot of vegetables, herbs, fruits. They cook delicious!
Most of the tourists here are Europeans. By the way, many are regular guests. This time we counted about 15 people who vacationed at Floria Beach with us last October. I think this is the best assessment of the level of service at the hotel. They're coming back here.
As I understand it, Floria Beach relies on a quiet, secluded vacation. Therefore, there is no “wild” animation screaming until the morning. Three times a week after dinner there is a disco, live music, and a performance by a dance group. Everything lasts for a maximum of two hours, then the music in the bar is turned down so as not to disturb the guests in the rooms. And that's fine.
What else do I want to say? Probably, it is the hotel that largely determines the impression of the country, the emotions of a vacation and communication with new people. So thanks to Floria Beach, seven years ago I really fell in love with Turkey. I listen to Turkish music in the car, wear Turkish clothes, drink Turkish coffee, eat from Turkish dishes) Now Floria Beach is the best place for me to relax. A place that you want to hide and leave only for yourself). I love this hotel because it gives you the opportunity to sit at a table near the sea with a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a stunning view of the fortress, and in the evening to admire the incredible sunset on the same sea. For me, this is a place of silence, which is broken only by the sound of waves rolling on the sandy shore. Floria Beach is love. Thank you for being there…

Rethink your choice of hotel - definitely not All inclusive as you pay for. Old reviews that are positive
OBS! Reviews that are positive are primarily 6-7 years old. More recent are generally negative, so not fair picture of the hotel. If we had just read them, the choice would have fallen to another hotel.
1. Poor atmosphere / Not brilliant food/ few choices
2. Discrepancy what you paid for and what you get - Not All inclusive
3. Cleaning or lack of the same - Towels - water
4. Not the same benefits as previous years elsewhere in Turkey.
5. Pool and beach area
6. Lack of signs, follow-up and safety measures
7. Positive things at the site
Large communication difficulties for the general entire hotel staff, neither English, German nor French they could understand or speak, The staff was not smiling, service minded, welcoming, no enthusiasm, generally negative. Food is not stunning, same menu weekly. Despite the buffet, often empty dishes, we had to wait 23 minutes until they got cooked, e.g. chicken. It was obvious that there was no joy in cooking. Often and often, soft drinks machines were empty, as was the case with coffee and tea machines. You could of course buy juice for 1.5 euros per glass. Although All inclusive paid, it was only possible to get cocktails including from a list - you could get Banan liqueur, Aperol, Martini, Safari, Amaretto and Malibu - But, like everything else at the hotel, they were for banana liqueur, Martini, Safari so only 3 out of 6 cocktails possible. As for spirits, you could get vodka, gin and whisky no rum or tequila - generally very small selection for All including guests. Then again you had to pay despite including if you needed drinks or cocktails.
Discrepancy with catalogue from travel agency All inclusive and what you get in reality. No welcome meeting on site as previously, however quite ok if one can use the app. Spies' guide came 2x a week. We therefore grabbed Spies Swedish guide at the hotel - unfortunately without, there was action over our frustrations and in the direction for us as guests. The guide did not know about the travel agency's services, we had to show the guide where the services appeared and what we had paid for. Write to Spies. It didn't help either. The following was informed to the guide and nothing happened. We talked with her and the hotel manager together and also between them there were discrepancies. It seemed more like the guide was the person of the hotel than the guests. Despite cleaning stated 7x. weekly in the brochure, we only got towels changed every other day and no drying options for clothes on the terrace, clothes string could not be set up. What the 7x cleaning contains or is beyond emptying 2 trash cans and if you are lucky filling coffee and tea is unknown. In relation to the latter coffee/tea, yes the days we gave drink money we got fulfillment we had not done it was removed some of coffee and tea. Yes, we even had to go to the reception and get toilet paper. Incredibly dirty and small rooms you could not sit on the terrace due to noise from the main road outside
Over the years we have travelled in Turkey and there has always been a new bottle of water in the refrigerator, every day, since you can not drink the water. This was no coincidence this time either. There was a bottle of water in the refrigerator on arrival and then you either had to buy water in town or go down at the bar and fill from a container. You could pay against a deposit to borrow a bath towel for the pool, which is quite ok, but should it be exchanged it cost money to get it exchanged. Regarding the pool area, you were not allowed to lay towels on the few dream beds before 7:55 - as stated in the elevator and by the pool area rules - signs that were not enforced. Nor any measures, for all those who went into the pool without washing themselves.
There were NO sun loungers for everyone who were few around the pool area and since much of the beach area was taken by the Mediterranean and with many rocks, it was limited with sun loungers. Incredibly dirty and small rooms.
Umbrellas are life-threatening, as they are not filled with water and thus easily collapse.
Despite we were there in the period from 3 August to 17 August, there was in the pool area set up a sign with ph-value, chlorine, degrees in the pool we took a picture of it 16 August 2024 and the sign was dated 3 November 2023?
On stairs to the beach lack security tape/step security and in addition lack sleeves for one of the stairs to the beach,
Upon arrival we were set off on the main road by hand - and 2x20 kg of luggage. Without comment or anything from the driver, looked down 22 steps to the reception, it turned out subsequently that on the right side behind there was an elevator but no sign of it or information about this in the catatog. No welcoming or other upon arrival.
Of positive things can be mentioned the view from the restaurant over the Mediterranean as a nice gym.

Will definitely come back
Initially, we were looking for a small, cozy hotel, far from the noise of the city and crowded beaches. We really found such a hotel! Two buildings, cozy rooms with balconies, a stunning courtyard, which is located in the shade of giant trees.
The rooms are cleaned every day, has almost silent air conditioning, room safe, small comfortable bathroom with necessary amenities (good hair dryer). Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Room has a balcony, unfortunately, it was impossible to sit there as it was extremely hot weather those days.
The food was simple, but varied, none of us were hungry. The Chefs are doing their best: fish, meat, rice, potatoes, lots of salads, traditional appetizers, fruits, desserts, excellent grilled meat and fish every evening, delicious local bread. Everything was delicious and we had no problems with the quality of the food. Drinks such as juices (orange, pineapple, apple, cherry, etc.) and water were available 24/7.
Management is on duty every single day, checking food, dining areas, beach and pool, etc.
The beach area is large, there is enough space for everyone. We were warned that the peculiarity of this coast is the rocky entry into the sea and slippery stone slabs, so you need to be careful, and swimming shoes is must have. On the right side of the beach there is a staircase that allows you to go out to the sandy public beach next to the hotel, with easy access into the sea . There are enough sun beds and umbrellas at the hotel’s beach. All comments regarding the rocky bottom are offset by the beauty and warmth of the sea, from which you do not want to leave for days!
Some tips :)
Upon arrival, do not drag your suitcases down the stairs to the reception, use the elevator on the right side of the hotel.
Hotel’s recommended private transfer from Gazipasha airport - comfortable, clean car, excellent and clear communication when booking a transfer. Our recommendation for the company - “7/24 Alanya Travel and tours transfer”.
You can get to the city center by buses nos.: 1 and 101, the bus stop is outside the hotel, same side, walking to the right about 20 meters, buses run frequently. Pay for tickets to the driver either by card or in cash.
If you need to take home some gifts, it is better to buy them in the city, since duty free at Gazipasha airport has a poor selection and is very expensive.

I don't recommend this hotel.
The hotel doesn't match 4 stars.
There's nothing in the shower room except towels and soap.
The beach is terrible, the cobbles and slabs, you can break your legs.
Good thing we found near (traveled down the stairs ) where the local sandy beach goes and there
there was a pipe that had no idea what was leaking.
There's nothing near the hotel except the Broadway, which is 15 minutes' walk away.
Food was at 3+, good thing coffee and other drinks all day long can be
take from the vending machines. Wine canteen is fine.
Of course I'll never go to that hotel again.

Beware
The food was absolutely delicious. We chose a room with partial view and they helped us choose the room we wanted.
We really liked the view of our room.
The hotel was very quiet, everyone was mostly foreigners.
Even though we were not wearing hijab, we were not bothered much. But of course, it is consumed too much for those who are uncomfortable with alcohol.
All you have to do is press the button to clean your room.
Since we went in April, the pool and sea were cold.
But if you want to have a relaxing holiday by swimming in the sea, it's great.
Having delicious food and drinks at almost every hour of the day, chatting with the seaside view made this hotel unforgettable for us.
