Safe and peaceful

We went from Germany with my daughters and found the hotel online. I was afraid, but we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, its cleanliness and the friendliness of the lady working.
The owner of the hotel was also very friendly. There are restaurants right under the hotel and their employees are very helpful. On the other side, there is Turkey's most delicious and helpful pastry shop where you can have your breakfast. Shopping centers are very close.
We were very pleased and will visit again soon. You can feel safe. The metro is very close and transportation is very good.
A new metro station has opened, two stops later and you are in Sirkeci.

Horrible.

Hotel pitiful, when I arrived I immediately saw that something was wrong. No HOTEL sign, no reception, no cleaning, the sheets are dirty, no mattress protector...EXIT...business that disappears..frankly the worst experience in a hotel!!!!!
I didn't feel so safe. I moved to another hotel.

Disappointing

A pseudo hotel that when you arrive does not make you want!!!and indeed the room was dirty, as were the sheets, no reception, no cleaning...this is the first time I see such a pseudo hotel!!!moreover there is no elevator, to avoid if you have a disability because the stairs are dangerous
