Amazing stay to recharge and relax!

Total disappointment, spa without rest chairs, and pay for coffee at the morning buffet
- The hotel is old, facilities run down, rooms stuffy and smelly
-only one spa (Finnish) works in the morning, another 2 (Roman and infrared) start at 16:00. But who cares that you came here for spa?
- rest chairs and the pool site too few - like 8 in total, always occupied even though people leave a towel and are long gone, there’s not even a place for a towel or a robe;
- hairdryer - impossible to use, old and cheap, burning hair
- the best part: during the morning buffet, you won’t find any coffee and if you ask for one, it will come in 20-30 min, and you will be charged 50 uah later for it! Coffee is terrible! So better skip it at all!
- same about the Swedish buffet - horrible! They serve stewed fish and roaster chicken! Who eats that??? For breakfast!!!
- staff arrogant and just referring you to the management if you complain or request a better service

Fantastic hotel!!!
Everything about it is very very good.
The rooms are fabulous, the service is beyond expected, both in the rooms and in the facilities.
The spa is very very good (just be aware that if you want to reserve more then one treatment, you need to call them before your stay and make the reservations as they are almost fully booked).
The team is very very professional, I did booth face/ body/ hands/ feet treatments and all were great.
The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous, don't order the "pre order lunch/ deener" as they are poor. But the manu is very very good and the prices are same as in the restaurants outside.
I have enjoyed absolutely everything in this hotel (and it's not something I say often).

Expected much more
On a plus side:
- almost all rooms have an equipped kitchen
- good cleaning service
- a range of spa facilities
- several good specialists in the medical center
Would be improved (especially in view of the price range):
- breakfast is mediocre and - what's even worse - is (practically) the same every day
- the choice of music and video in a breakfast room is awful - no change possible
- the swimming pool is small for 5+ persons and - quite surprisingly - it is not suited for children at all (and there are no life vests)
- no pump room - drinking curative water delivered in thermoses
- the secretary personnel in the medical center is not proactive and non-responsive (had to wait for 30 min for a prescribed ultrasonic survey)
I hope this review will help the hotel to install some improvements.
