More than comfortable and beautiful premium hotel. We visited it 6 years ago, now we're back and it only became better during the last 6 years. They improved much: pillow menu, fabulous breakfasts and dinners, the highest standards of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Svetlana and Ilya from reception desk - they were always ready to help. Thanks Ong for the excellent cleanliness our room. We asked Guest relations staff members for some favor - office chair(we needed it to perform some online business meetings during our holiday), they helped in a quick and efficient manner, the office chair was provided almost immediately. Thanks to each and every team member of the restaurant: they all worked as a team, thank you a lot again! Always clean, tasty food. We managed to perfectly relax and recharge. We should also separately mention the beach facilities. The beach club is one of the best in Dubai and hotel guests can use on complimentary basis. Beach is actually 5 minutes walk from your room, which makes everything easier. You should also try the pool bar, you can order some cold soft or not so soft drinks directly from the pool. Food is very healthy, tasty, fresh everywhere - starting from the breakfast restaurant ending with the beach bar and restaurant. Biggest choice of healthy food I've ever seen: healthy drinks, sprouts, vegetables, fresh fruit, a lot of choices for any diet or culture. Thank you for your hospitality, service, comfort, friendliness. We'll be back again soon!

Amazing location on JBR, great choice of restaurant in and around hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for you from the poolside staff/waiters to room service and housekeeping. Highly recommend

Very Nice hotel in an excellent location. Only negative was the music that sometimes felt too loud by the pool. During weekend there party music on the groundthat you could hear in the 24th floor until 3am, not idea if you want to sleep. Breakfast was crowded at times, but good eventhough not superb.

Pros:
•The hotel is well-located.
•The poolside food was decent.
Cons:
•On the first day, I was woken up twice—at 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM—because the doorbell was broken and kept ringing on its own.
•The air conditioning was not working, which caused my wife to fall ill.
•The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
•Sleeping on Friday night was nearly impossible due to loud music from a nearby club that made the room shake.
•The hotel is very expensive—15 USD for a Red Bull is outrageous.
•The pool area gets little sunlight during the day because surrounding skyscrapers block it.
I could have overlooked all these issues if it weren’t for the extremely rude staff. I decided to do a quick 10-minute workout in the gym, only to be approached rather aggressively by what seemed to be a steroid-abusing staff member, who told me I couldn’t train in Birkenstocks—even though there were no signs indicating this rule. When I questioned it, he said something bizarre about “the sheikhs wanting it that way.” and that I needed to leave immediately. This left a very bitter taste and completely ruined my mood. I will not be returning.

Horrible during the weekends. If you wish to see drunken people and hookers, this might be a great choice. Otherwise I highly recommend booking another hotel for you holiday.
