Good stay

Clean and comfortable room, there was nice and clean gym, an indoor swimming pool and a heated sauna room. The tram station is close to the hotel (4mins walk), it takes about 20mins to city center on trams. KFC and Krispy Kreme are adjacent to the hotel.

Great stay! The hotel is in a convenient location with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

Great for a long weekend break

Comfortable modern hotel conveniently situated just a couple of hundred metres from a tram stop on the line from Edinburgh Airport to the city centre. Large well-appointed room with good sized en-suite. Helpful front desk staff who quickly sorted out a problem with the coffee machine. Welcoming bar and restaurant area. Breakfast (also in the restaurant area) had a wide choice of cooked and continental foods available. Public areas (lobby, lifts, corridors etc) clean and well kept.

Terrible. Avoid.

Incompetent. I booked a meal for 3pm many weeks ago. I received various confirmations from their partner, OpenTable, in the lead up to the reservation date. The day prior I got a text asking me to conform o was still going to attend at 3pm. I confirmed. Arrived at the hotel to be told the restaurant wasn't open until 5pm and somehow this was my fault. Terrible. Avoid

Perfect 4* hotel

Fantastic hotel. Lovely experience with great facilities. Upgraded room with complimentary drinks and snacks. Decent bar selection of drinks in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Massive bathroom which was great with a powerful shower.
