My experience was very good. Clean, friendly staff, etc. The room was tiny, but they tell you/show you that in the website pictures. Bathroom, shower, and room big enough for their purposes. I traveled solo on my trip and had to leave my suitcase open on the other side of the bed. If traveling with wife, we would have had to open and close the suitcase(s) on the bed, then move them back to the floor.
The hotel is about 1/3 mile from the Old Street tube station. Great price for London. All around, frankly perfect for me, not sure how wife and I would have got along. :)

A couple of comments. I sayed in room 12 on the ground floor. The shower only was luke warm the couple of times I used it, despite adjusting. It was a little noisy from other guests during the night, as people came back to their rooms and left. The TV was a little unpredictable, with either only sound or not working. Close to Old Street tube, a great cafe and coffee shop nearby.
But given the room rate, you can't really complain.

The hotel was exactly as pictured, comfortable enough room for a quick stop in London. The rooms are incredibly simple, the bathrooms are nice. Staff were very accommodating.

We were happy with our stay here as it was centrally located for our itinerary when we visited London. This was also the most inexpensive hotel we could find in the city with a private bathroom. For us it was just a place to sleep and the room itself only had two beds and just enough space for our luggage.
We had the windowless room and felt the air conditioning should have been enough but it was still very stuffy. The bathroom was nice and it had a big enough counter and it was easy to get hot water in the shower. The hotel does not offer regular housekeeping for short stays but you can change towels if you ask. The hotel has a water dispenser in the lobby but it is very basic otherwise.
There are some good restaurants and bars nearby and the hotel is about an hour away from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports with access to both at Farringdon station.

Nice place. The staff was very nice and helpful. Close to 2 Underground stops. The beds were 3/5 comfort, the water in the morning was freezing and in the evening scalding hot.
