Excellent hotel, hard to get into shower

Loved this hotel in a great location, walkable to all the West End shows we were seeing. Kitchenette was wonderful option. Only real qualm was that the shower was difficult to access for a person of size. Had to squeeze between glass shower wall and sink.

Heater and shower problems

We had many problems during our stay, especially in the heater and hot water. We couldn’t take hot shower during almost our entire stay, what made us very disappointed. As already said, the heater also wasn’t working well and our room was very cold. At the end they didn’t answer our email and said they would offer a bonus for that, which didn’t happen.

Great Location & Comfortable Rooms

The location of the Lincoln Suites is really central and excellent for Covent Harden, West End shows and the main sights of London.
The room was spotless and the bed
& pillows really comfortable. Had a great nights sleep.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again

Smart option

I've to travel to London every February for business, so I take my teens with me to helop in familair business and enjoy the city in our free time. It is the 3er year I'm guesting at THE LINCOLN SUITES because it is perfect for us! Professional & helpful staff, clean, modern, warm rooms, smart forniture, calm colors... and super close to lot of visit points in the center of the city. Walking to Big Ben, London Eye, Covent Garden, Thames, british Museum... nothing is farer than 10-15min by foot!! The beds (matress) are amazing, I sleep better than home!! Bathroom & shower are perfect too! I've been there tha last 3 times, and I'll guest there in 2026 if they have availability ; )

2 night stay with my 2 children , very central as we went to the Lyceum theatre and then Covent Garden , Leicester square . Very comfortable and lovely clean apartment , had everything we needed , highly recommend 🌟
