We are pleased that we generally satisfied your expectation. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused due to the limited lift service during your stay.
Our lifts are serviced on a regular basis; however, we regret that there was a sudden malfunction of the lift. The third-party lift engineers have already attended and restored the lift service to the hotel as quickly as possible.
We thank you for choosing to stay with us and look forward to welcoming you back again soon when we hope to be able to demonstrate and for you to witness the high standards more usually associated with Blue Orchid Hospitality. Until then, we remain
