Great Family Run Hotel

We had a fabulous stay we couldn't fault it, the staff were very welcoming and professional. Our bed room was spotlessly clean, spacious, bathroom had a shower and a bath plenty of running hot water complimentary toiletries . The dining room was spacious menu had a great selection something on offer for everyone the menu changed each night. Breakfast plenty on offer cereals, fresh fruit, full English, yogurt, toast. In fact all the meals we're delicious. The grounds of the hotel are well kept, it hosts a hot tub and outside heated pool. Good location not far to walk to the town, local beach, museum.

Hotel Rosemundy in February

Excellent dinners served with organisation and enthusiasm. The hotel has an interesting history and beautiful grounds including a swimming pool for Summer use. A vegetarian breakfast was available and we enjoyed the talk about St Agnes and our hotel from a local historian. A good walk to the local surf beach.

Very enjoyable break - the staff shine out!

We went on a tinsel and turkey break (which I have always avoided in the past, but which turned out to be great fun and I would do again!), with Crusader Coach Holidays, staying at Rosemundy. The staff are all simply excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient - just wonderful. The food was good, the bar area warm and welcoming and we had some fun entertainment, notably Ronnie, who did a "fun music games" evening - quizzes and "audience participation" which was hilarious and bonding for the two coach parties there. We had some good trips out from there and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you to all the fab stuff at The Rosemundy. Hopefully, we will be back!

SERVICE CAN NOT BE BEATEN.

I FEEL I MUST WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT OUR RECENT STAY AT THE ROSEMUNDY HOUSE HOTEL. BRIEFLY, THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, WARM AND COMFORTABLE AND THE FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT WERE EXCELLENT BUT THE MAIN THING FOR ME WAS THE SERVICE, IT WAS SECOND TO NON. I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER BEEN SERVED SO QUICKLY AT DINNER TIME. FROM PLACING THE ORDER TO BEING SERVED WAS NEVER MORE THAN 4/5 MINUTES. HOWEVER, I MUST DRAW ATTENTION TO THE BREAKFAST TEAM LEAD BY KIERAN.
I HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE AND NEEDED TO EAT WELL BEFORE THE TIME TO BOARD OUR COACH FOR THAT DAYS EXCURSION. ON THE FIRST MORNING WHEN KIERAN BECAME AWARE OF MY PROBLEM HE ORGANISED FOR MY WIFE AND I TO EAT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE RESTAURANT OPENED FOR THE REST OF OUR STAY WHICH RELIEVED ME OF A LOT OF STRESS AND WORRY. I WANT TO THANK ALL THE BREAKFAST TEAM, THE CHEFS, WAITRESSES AND KIERAN FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Excellent for a gluten free diet

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food, in particular, is outstandingly good! There were plenty of choices and staff had a good understanding of a gluten free diet. As I am coeliac this is essential! Someone took the trouble to pencil in notes on my table’s menu, showing what I could eat. This was very thoughtful Grateful thanks in particular to Kieran.
