Check in excellent , very friendly and efficient lady on the front desk .
Always plenty of parking , food is good , service very polite . Wifi , bed and shower all decent .

reliable hotel, a little tired but well run. Breakfast variety not as good as before but still reasonably good. Will continue to visit when local.

Nice quiet area , ample, close parking, rooms are clean, good wifi , comfy bed , decent shower . If I had to be picky , TVs are very small compared to standard today . Reception and restaurant staff exceptionally well mannered and polite . Food and bar very good .

Great views Great place to stay

Lovely modern hotel. Short walk to wookey hole caves
Rooms in hotel a lovely size with en suite. In middle of refurbishment but has a 5☆ rating
Menu limited at present but this is being updated
You can hire the buttress rooms. Upper rooms have juliette balcony and one room has a proper balcony
Hotel has lift for disabled people
Has a games room
All staff very friendly and accommodating
Also have 10 lodges to let including hot tub for each cabin

Room was very big clean lovely and comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite always stay here when down this area .
