Amazing dog friendly hotel. We had a lovely valentines stay. Big thank you to all the staff and Chris the manger.

Food was lovely. Staff so friendly and very dog friendly. Our room was beautiful over looking the canal. Within easy walking distance of Skipton town centre. There’s a lovely park to walk your dog in at the back of the hotel.

Birthday party

Held a private party, with band and disco, for 80 family and friends. Staff extremely helpful and professional at every stage. Buffet was very good. Facilities clean and tidy. Also stayed overnight in comfortable bedroom and enjoyed good quality breakfast. Finished with a family lunch. Very enjoyable weekend

A very pleasant one night stay

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel, which is handily placed for the railway station, whilst only being a short walk into the town centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were able to leave our bags secure until check-in. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The lunch and dinner were very tasty indeed, and we especially enjoyed the Goats cheese brulee and our desserts.
The only thing we found a bit disappointing was the breakfast. There was quite a wide choice but for example, the fruit juice I had was on the watery side and only cold croissants and thin brown or white sliced bread for the toast. We chose bacon, scrambled egg and a hash brown from the menu. The bacon was a bit hard/ overcooked and the scrambled eggs were very overcooked. I felt that the standard was rather different to that set for the lunches and evening meals.
It wouldn't stop us returning, but I would choose a different breakfast.

Fabulous stay for the weekend , the staff were all so friendly and helpful , perfect location, we had a fabulous room in the house and will definitely visit again

Great Place to stay with excellent staff

Chris the Manger was extremely helpful. He allowed us to leave the car on the car park prior to check-in so we could explore Skipton Town.
Check-in was seamless with no fuss. The room was clean and Tidy.
I would like to mention Toby, who ran the bar in the evening. A very pleasant and polite young man, nothing was too much trouble for him, a credit to the hotel
